Terms of service.

You need an account to use Andria. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity of members you invite into a workspace. Each workspace has its own members, roles and subscription.

Eligible new customers can start their first workspace for $1 for the first 3 days, with 5 GB of storage during that period. This is a paid introductory offer, not a free trial. The $1 is charged when you complete checkout. After 3 days, your selected plan renews automatically at the regular monthly price shown before checkout unless you cancel in workspace billing before renewal. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. The offer is limited to one per customer; additional workspaces start at their regular plan price. Existing subscriptions and trials keep the terms shown when they were started.

Plans are billed monthly per workspace through our payment processor. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the workspace billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. After access ends, the workspace becomes read-only for 90 days before its files are permanently deleted. Choosing Delete workspace cancels its subscription immediately and starts a shorter 30-day read-only period. Failed payments and subscriptions that reach their end retain files for 90 days.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or when Andria confirms an incorrect duplicate charge. Contact support@tryandria.com if you believe a billing error occurred.

You retain all rights to the assets you upload or import. You grant Andria a limited licence to store, process, transcode and analyse that content solely to provide the service, including generating descriptions and thumbnails. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party foundation models.

Google Drive import uses read-only access. Andria reads and copies the files you select and never modifies or deletes anything in your Drive. You can disconnect the integration at any time.

Do not use Andria to store or distribute unlawful content, infringe others' intellectual property, attempt to breach access controls, or interfere with the service or other customers.

We work to keep Andria available and improve it continuously. Features may change over time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service.

Andria is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
