Terms of service.

You need an account to use Andria. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity of members you invite into a workspace. Each workspace has its own members, roles and subscription.

New workspaces may start with a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the workspace converts to the selected paid plan and the subscription begins billing at the listed rate.

Plans are billed monthly per workspace through our payment processor. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the workspace billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You retain all rights to the assets you upload or import. You grant Andria a limited licence to store, process, transcode and analyse that content solely to provide the service — including generating tags, descriptions and thumbnails. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party foundation models.

Google Drive import uses read-only access. Andria reads and copies the files you select and never modifies or deletes anything in your Drive. You can disconnect the integration at any time.

Do not use Andria to store or distribute unlawful content, infringe others' intellectual property, attempt to breach access controls, or interfere with the service or other customers.

We work to keep Andria available and improve it continuously. Features may change over time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service.

Andria is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
